Not recommended. I'm surprised at how well rated SE is on Google reviews. My experience was less than good. I bought from them because of their promised support on installation of an Alpine HU into a Ford Fusion. I wanted to retain all my factory capabilities on the 7" touchscreen so I purchased the Maestro as well. When I ran into problems, SE referred me to Alpine and Idatalink technical support. There was no support offered by SE. Furthermore, when I had problems with the head unit (bricked), it was not a quick process to get a replacement. I had to pay shipping for the return, then they had to evaluate if the return was legit before sending out a replacement unit. In the meantime I got pissed off so I ordered my replacement from Amazon. Some days later I got the Alpine replacement from SE, so I returned it for a refund (note you cannot return defective units for refund, only for exchange or credit). It has now been over 10 days since my return was approved and I have not gotten my refund. I have filed a dispute with Paypal. One way or another, they will pay. Next time I'll order from Crutchfield.

Despite this minor inconvenience, the overall experience was smooth and hassle-free.
Christian, a service manager for Sonic Electronix has resolved an issue for me. I had a harness that was guaranteed to fit my vehicle, and it did not function with the head unit it was specified to. Christian was able to get me a return label and refunded exchange for the item in question.
Hi Mr. Shepherd, We show you created a return for the radio from 2023, but not the harness. The two items were placed on 2 separate orders and I believe that is where the confusion was. The team member certainly could have done a better job handling it (and we are addressing internally), but we have tried to actually reach out to you countless times to no avail, including today.
