We had anthena error message on our Subaru and the radio wasn't working, was told over the phone that the shop would trace the wire and fix the problem in 1 to 2 hours ( hourly rate $120). Paid $132 for them to plug in the antenna cable back to the radio, radio is still static with extremely poor or non existing reception and was told that in order to fix it and trace the wire they will need to work on it another full day ( I assume additional 8 hours). In conclusion misleading and not trustworthy, will not be going there again.
Hi Dragana, I apologize that you are unsatisfied. We removed the factory radio to verify the antenna was actually connected - we found that it was not. We reconnected the antenna wire to the radio and all FM radio stations were working perfectly when the vehicle left here. I did explain to your husband that if we had to trace a broken wire through the entire interior of your vehicle, it would take time. Interior trim panels, seats carpets could have to be removed depending how it is run through the car, I was only preparing you for worst case scenario. We cannot foresee unknown issues, especially after finding something like an unplugged connector - and having the radio function after fixing that issue. We would be happy to help rectify this issue. But it is a secondary issue.

I had a very disappointing experience with Car Salon. I called ahead to inquire about getting an auto starter for my car. Over the phone, I was told to bring my car in so they could take a look and proceed. Trusting this information, I drove 50 kilometers to their location, expecting professional service. However, when I arrived, I was informed that they didn't have the time to look at my car and that I would need to come back the following week. This was extremely frustrating, as I had made the trip based on their advice and had rearranged my schedule to accommodate this visit. What's worse is that this lack of communication and planning wasted not only my time but also fuel and effort. A simple clarification during the initial phone call could have prevented this inconvenience. Instead, I was left feeling ignored and undervalued as a customer. Customer service is about respecting people's time and being transparent. Unfortunately, my experience with Car Salon was the opposite. This level of disorganization and disregard for customers is unacceptable, and I won't be returning or recommending their services. If you value your time and expect reliable service, I suggest looking elsewhere. This experience was a complete waste.

I had a brand new truck booked in to get an undercoat protective layer put on, and to say the deal went bad is an understatement. The first attempt at applying the undercoat was a massive botch job in which they willingly sent it out the door. Pretty disappointing quality control. Thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt and have them try to remediate the problem as I understand mistakes do happen. I left the truck with them for an additional 3 days only to find out the did virtually nothing to remove the failed first attempt, but just applied more compound straight on top of the mistakes they made the first time. Tony the manager came out upon hearing our dissatisfaction for the second time and what an experience that was. Tony simply does not care and will lie and treat you like garbage instead of trying to fix the shops mistakes. It is apparent the guys in the back applying the undercoat do not know what they are doing. I took the truck to the dealership I bought it from last week for a second opinion to make sure I was not being irrational or supercritical. They didn't only confirm my suspicions but said it was an absolute mess and there is very little you can do to fix their mistakes outside of undertaking a massive removal job, they said they weren't even willing to touch their job. We were supposed to have the owner call us today to discuss the poor job and making it right. There was no call from the owner and it is pretty obvious the owner or manager simply do not care and will just ignore your concerns. There is no customer service here. I would be very careful taking any vehicle to this establishment for any form of work period. The second something goes wrong you will be on your own as the manager and owner do not care about warranting their products or jobs.
