They had installed a sub/amp and some speakers in my son's Jeep around Christmas, and some of the wiring for the sub had been ripped out (not their fault, son took a corner too fast and it slid across the back of the Jeep and ripped the wires). Took it in for them to repair the wiring, they fixed it quickly, warrantied the repair even though it wasn't a faulty install, and installed a bracket to hold the subwoofer in place moving forward. It was extra mile service that you don't really see these days, and I appreciated it a great deal.

Yesterday, I stopped by Crank It Up on Rufe Snow in NRH, to seek help or accessory to sinc up my 2016 Ford Fiesta and my Samsung A14 5G. My husband bought the car for me recently, I was having so much trouble getting them to sinc. John was so very nice and uncondecending about my lack of tech skills. He had me fixed up so quickly and would not let me pay him for his time. I would happily and strongly recommended him and Crank It Up to anyone.

set up and appointment a week in advanced and didn't even have the part to do the job. Instead of admitting he messed up he lied and had me wait all day. The guy up front is useless.

Made a appointment and when I arrived they said they couldn't do it even with my appointment,so if ur gonna miss work to get something done don't do it they will tell you to reschedule
