The guys at Imperial are great! They got my new radio put in super fast and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. If you have questions about audio stuff Trevor can answer them, just tell him what you want to accomplish and he can point you in the right direction. 10/10
Came to this location to get a system wired into my car. Paid over $2000. We have had to come back there 3 times because things were messing up. They are of no help went today because it did the same thing and now the owner is back and tells me he won't help me because or honor my warranty i had with the man YOU let run tour shop so now he is back working at the shop. But tells me there's nothing he can do. DO NOT GO HERE!!! You pay this large sum of money. Thinking you will get something that will last for a while and that is not what you will get.!!
I am sorry your not happy. I did tell you to bring it back. I charged you $40 to fix what was done by the guys who were buying my business but didn't make it. You only had like $26 and I said no pronlem. I even told you I'd fix it again if you'd bring it back. At the time you walked in the door we were 3 days behind. Even then I dropped what I was doing myself and brought you in. I really am sorry you didn't get taken care of. I'll tell you what. Even with the unhappy review I will take care of it if you bring it back, drop it off and let me do it right. Instead of rushing in and throwing keys on counter in the middle of the day. I'm always here to help.
If possible I would give zero or negative stars don't trust this shop they don't have a clue how to do their job it has cost triple of what it's worth and system stops working every few months and they rig it and charge more to wire it up wrong not 1 time but 3 times don't waste your hard earned money go elsewhere buyer beware they need shut down
As I am telling everyone else who did business with Imperial while it was under a sale contract. Bring it back. Let us try to make it right for you. I will personally make sure you are taken care of even if it means pulling it completely out and doing it right. i Just want to make things right when i can with anyone who was taken advantage of by the guys who had it for the past year. This shop and the owner Hector definitely went above and beyond for me today i needed an inverter for my tractor installed and nobody else in OKC would do it and if they would it was gone cost about $200 he gave me a GREAT price and even had appts all day and still managed to squeezed me in 20min after I called and spoke to him! He had to go get some pieces for it and all. Great guy, great place, excellent service. definitely will recommend to everyone! You are much appreciated sir‼️

Hector and his team got me taken care of same day service. Very professional and down to earth. They installed a new and bigger in dash monitor in my custom center console. Highly recommend, will be doing business again and getting my whole trunk set up done!
Got my 4 channel installed last week did a great job didn't take long and installed my new radio did it for the right price well definitely go back and the last guys that were working did not know what they were doing.
