Do not shop here, they are some crooks. Quote you one price and start adding on when they get your vehicle in. Drop off my truck to have $2500 of car audio installed. Guy they call Ace calls me a nd tells me it would be $100 more dollars to mount the amp behind the seat. I asked why because I was quoted the price for custom installation. So we went back and fourth and wife asked to speak with Mike the owner. He called me back and gave me an ultimatum. They are mounting the amp under the front seat take it or leave. I left it. Found everything he quoted me on for way cheaper. Thanks to the crooks at mikes.
Nick at Mike's Auto was patient and kind with me when I called for advice about RV and home sound systems and internet. Nick listened carefully and answered completely. Who could ask for more? Easy to make appointment. Installed, wired and mounted a new dash camera system that ihad both a front and rear-facing camera. They were also asked to hard-wire a radar detector to remove the existing hanging cigarette lighter charge cable. The vehicle has a relatively complex integrated OEM electronics system and features materials and instruments that I did not want to be damaged or scratched. It would required an experienced and deft hand. I can happily say that the installers made quick work of the installation and removed all of the wires from view. And, I appreciate the care they took to ensure the return the interior to me in the same condition they received it. As an additional bonus, the job was completed much faster than expected and they had to waited on me to pick up my vehicle. Overall nice job and experience and I would happily recommended Mike's Audio for your own mobile electronics needs.

The radio system Mike's put in my car won't let me use my phone SOMETIMES. I've asked Mike's to fix it so many times; they gave up and told me to call Kenwood. I even wrote a letter asking for help. Their answer, "we all think it's your phone." (it's actually my Dexcom Medical app but that's another story.) Now the radio spontaneously runs through introductory videos over and over and over. That can't be my phone or my app. If I remove the radio my keyless ignition won't work. Anybody want to buy a 2016 Subaru Outback?

These guys really know what they're doing. Had a head unit replacement in my 2015 GMC Sierra. They did a great job And worked me in on a Saturday when I wasn't initially scheduled for Saturday. Love the unit, lots of great features sounds great, clean install. Would definitely recommend these guys.

Went today and had a in store consultation with Nick. He went above and beyond with his customer service and took the extra time to explain everything in detail. The price he quoted me was very reasonable for what I needed. I highly recommend mikes audio for all of your audio needs. Expert customer service from Nick. Update: I just went and purchased the equipment that we discussed earlier and the transaction was very smooth. Actually thinking about purchasing more equipment as I type this.
