Recently, I had a spray in bed liner and truck bed cover installed in my new truck. The staff helped me with the selection process and demonstrated some pros and cons of the different models on their displays in the showroom. The pricing was very reasonable, and the scheduling was convenient. They sent me a courtesy text the day before my scheduled date to confirm or postpone my appointment. They allowed me to drop off my vehicle the day before and called me (much quicker than I expected) to inform me my vehicle was complete. The install of both were clean and looked great once completed. I will definitely do business here again. Thanks to everyone involved.
Called. Got a what do you need. Asked him about some sub questions then he proceeded to tell me that I'm wasting his time because I'm not going to buy anything from him. WHICH I NEVER SAID. Very poor customer service on his end. They lied at their message below I never said I would not buy it from them. Ever. All I said was I wanted to think on it and I would let them know if I wanted it. Never did I say I didn't want it. So aggravating

Upon discussing with you that we had everything you wanted in store, you still found it feasible to tell us that you would not be purchasing it from us and just wanted us to give you the information before you purchased it online. These are very bad business professionals and as a business owner, I would never treat customers like they treated my dad. He was given a quote and he agreed to it and even paid upfront before they started on his truck. He came back to pick it up and they had done extra work and said he still owed almost $300 more. They never called to ask and they just expected him to pay it before they would give him his truck back. Absolutely unprofessional and I will make it my mission to make sure as many people as possible know this to prevent them from the same. This girl is NOT happy about the way her daddy was treated.
Josh, we hate to hear that you are "unsatisfied" with what took place.. First off I would like to state you called my personal cell phone number on a Saturday night requesting us to get this done ASAP. YOU did not buy the parts from US which is a 1.5x hourly shop fee YOU didnt get charged. YOU did not even know what the kit entailed upon telling me on the phone. We had to pull apart the struts which is a MINIMUM of $100 per strut, along with you throwing on all the other things you wanted done. I believe you made out way better than what should have transpired.. If you were an actual business owner, you would understand estimates are subject to change do to the scope of the job..
